Random-Effect Multiple QTL Mapping in Autopolyploids

Performs random-effect multiple interval mapping (REMIM) in full-sib families of autopolyploid species based on restricted maximum likelihood (REML) estimation and score statistics, as described in Pereira et al. (2020) .
