Estimate the Basic Reproduction Number (R0)
A collection of methods for estimating the basic reproduction
number (R0) of infectious diseases. Features a web application to interface
with the estimators. Uses the models from:
Fisman et al. (2013)

Rnaught is an R package and web application for estimating the basic reproduction number (R0) of infectious diseases.

Installation
Latest CRAN release
