Example Datasets from Archaeological Research

The archdata package provides several types of data that are typically used in archaeological research. It provides all of the data sets used in "Quantitative Methods in Archaeology Using R" by David L Carlson, one of the Cambridge Manuals in Archaeology.


Changes to version 1.2 * Addition of Arnhofen and OxfordPots data sets for a total of 27 and corrections of minor typographic errors.

Changes to version 1.1 * Addition of Michelsberg data from Georg Roth for a total of 25 and minor corrections to Fibulae, TRBPPottery, and Handaxes
