Multivariate Small Area Estimation using Hierarchical Bayesian Method

Implements area level of multivariate small area estimation using Hierarchical Bayesian method under Normal and T distribution. The 'rjags' package is employed to obtain parameter estimates. For the reference, see Rao and Molina (2015) .
