Bayesian Emulation, Calibration and Validation of Computer Models

Implements Bayesian statistical methodology for the analysis of complex computer models. It allows for the emulation, calibration, and validation of computer models, following methodology described in Bayarri et al 2007, Technometrics.

Changes in version 0.9.3.8.5 (2014-03-17)

BUGS * validate() caused an error when dealing with more than one calibration parameter. Now it is solved.

CHANGES * Modification of example data spotweld * Allowing the user to specify certain parameteres to be passed on the first call to DiceKriging.km()
