Random Walk Clustering on Weighted Graphs

Implements the random walk clustering algorithm for weighted graphs as found in Harel and Koren (2001) < https://link.springer.com/chapter/10.1007/3-540-45294-X_3>.

Rwclust

The goal of Rwclust is an implementation of the random walk clustering algorithm for weighted graphs by Harel and Koren.

Installation

You can install the latest version from CRAN with:

install.packages("Rwclust")

Alternatively, you can install the development version from GitHub with:

install.packages("devtools")
devtools::install_github("csprock/Rwclust")
