Point estimates with confidence intervals for Bennett et als S, Cohen's kappa, Conger's kappa, Fleiss' kappa, Gwet's AC, intraclass correlation coefficients, Krippendorff's alpha, Scott's pi, the standard error of measurement, and weighted kappa.

Changes in version 1.3.1

o sem based on standard deviation fixed so that it is computed from variance instead of standard deviation. Option to compute sem from the square root of the ANOVA error variance and the consecutive pairwise difference added.
