Simulate Bipartite Graphs with Fixed Marginals Through Sequential Importance Sampling

Tools to simulate bipartite networks/graphs with the degrees of the nodes fixed and specified. 'networksis' is part of the 'statnet' suite of packages for network analysis.

This is an R package to randomly generate graphs with fixed marginals through
sequential importance sampling. The algorithm used is that described in
Chen, Diaconis, Holmes, and Liu (2005) and Admiraal and Handcock (2008). This package is intended to be used with the 'statnet' suite of packages (Handcock, Hunter, Butts, Goodreau, Krivitsky, and Morris 2003).
