Soft Maximin Estimation for Large Scale Array-Tensor Models

Efficient design matrix free procedure for solving a soft maximin problem for large scale array-tensor structured models, see Lund, Mogensen and Hansen (2019) . Currently Lasso and SCAD penalized estimation is implemented.
